Initiative
Our new repair, reuse, recycle initiative means a small portion of our collected headlights go on to be fully reconditioned by our external partners, then utilised as green parts to create a circular and waste-reducing economy.
Headlights are extremely challenging to recycle as they contain multiple components which are manufactured from wide range of materials. It is difficult and time consuming process. -
Repair
While generally not a viable option during the car repair process, (due to time consumed and delays in repairing the vehicle) by using a dedicated process this means it is now a viable and sustainable option.
Utilising the latest technology and methods to fully restore and warrant the parts, while the remaining beyond-repair lights are processed for recycling. -
Environment
By working with our partner companies, we are able to give what was once destined for its End of Life processing, a new lease of life. Resulting in huge environmental benefits. While not all are suitable for this process, it helps to bring a value to the recycling industry and processes, with savings directly passed on to the automotive industry.
